I am trying to ask ProSeries to include the form IA 134 in the 2024 program. And hopefully make it available to e-file as well. PLEASE!!!! 🙂

What form is IA 134?

Level 3

It's for the 1040 state side.

IA 134 S Corporation Apportionment Tax Credit, 41-134

If you google it you can see the form. Iowa has a fill in form which I had to fill out and mail in to the state.
