Quick employer forms has a cover sheet for the 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC. They do not have one for the 1099-INT. The 1099-Int needs a cover sheet. It is very hard to get the ss# not to show through the windows of the envelope which is very frustrating. I do more 1099-Int forms then anything. Please make a cover sheet for them.
