In past ProSeries editions, using Chat, the open box would automatically scroll downward to the latest entry. Now, with Assistant, the chat box does not automatically scroll, so it must be done manually. That is annoying. This is not ease of use.
And I was close to saying that PS support has improved greatly this year. Didn't have this issue the last time I chatted, but that was over a month ago.
