I had a caller today who claimed that the LIC for Massachusetts should not allow an $80 credit to a Dependent. I could not find anything in the mass.gov instructions here: https://www.mass.gov/doc/2019-form-1-instructions/download
My support team pointed me to page 14, in the top right corner, which seems to suggest that the credit is allowed. If anyone knows otherwise, please post here about it.
