My application has a routine that checks current year information against prior year information as a review step to be sure someone doesn't accidentally change the social security number as an example. It used to work, as this test has been in my application for a few years. It now doesn't work. 

Could this be something that is added to the driver. Seems if I close and release the driver, it should be able to create a new connection to a different year.
