ITA is still not ready (for ease of use or for the ability to produce a report that I can bill for).  The ES must be changed in Lacerte PRIOR TO creation of the tax plan.  And I'm frustrated that Intuit did not provide this instruction. So, I wasted my time.

Screen 7 must be updated for states PRIOR to creation of the tax plan.
