I hope by now you issue is being solved.

But if Someone else faces the same issue, You can try these steps:

  • Go to HomeBase from the top menu (between Tools and Update)
  • Click on HomeBase Tune-Up.
  • Click Yes on the next window.
  • ProSeries will close, click OK on the next window confirming the process is complete.
  • ProSeries should open automatically.
