FYI just making sure you know that this is a peer user forum, not a tech support channel. Intuit reps rarely show up here. I'm a hosted Lacerte user myself. Some days I experience slowness, but thankfully it's rare. I always exit programs and hit the red log-off button to "restart" the hosted environment, and sometimes that helps or fixes it.
