@LadyLee1965  You may not realize but this is not Intuit Support.  This is an Intuit-owned Community but one that's only for professional tax accountants to provide peer-to-peer support.

We are all volunteers unrelated to Intuit and not compensated by Intuit in any way.  If you paid Intuit but are not getting the support you expected, we are, unfortunately, not able to help.  Our responsibility is with our paid clients and they are supported privately outside of this public forum.

You would be well advised to not trust what strangers tell you on the internet and should consult your own sources or accountant.
