Hello,

Looking for advice on how to enter for question on the entering bank information:

If person did not owe any money, nor received any refund, which radio button should be selected--Refund, or Owed Taxes?  

The system detects error if neither is chosen, so one of these must be selected. 

So far no matter which is tried, am getting "Technical Difficulties" message after submitting...
