If they were claimed as a dependent, no stimulus for anyone.

If they were not claimed then,. from the info out there, they should see a 1200 stimulus payment be direct deposited into their SS account...not sure when those are supposed to happen though.

For some people they are using 2018 info, for others they are using 2019 info....must be some kind of internal cut off date...if no 2019 return was filed by XX date, they use 2018...if one was filed, they use 2019...but nobody knows for sure.
