We just wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciate everything you contribute to this community. Your knowledge, dedication, and willingness to jump in and help others truly make a difference, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

We also want to address something we’ve seen come up: the sentiment that Intuit isn’t present or involved in the community. That’s one of the reasons we’ve been working to bring Intuit employees in during tax season.

They are newer to the Community and genuinely trying to help. We won’t always get everything right, but the goal is to assist people and get them the help they need.

If something seems off, we absolutely welcome clarification or corrections. That is how this works best. A collaborative approach goes much further than a reactive one.

We know this isn't always easy to navigate, and that is where voices like yours matter most. When something needs clarification or could be approached differently, adding context or redirecting goes a long way, both for the person asking and for those who are newer to the community.

A little patience and respect can make a big difference for everyone involved, and we truly appreciate your help in setting that tone.
