Question that makes me think. I'll have a conversation without the bookkeeper and property manager and I won't implicate them. This should be later this week. And I will make certain that he won't let the bookkeeper or I see the bank statements, which indicates to me that he doesn't want proper accounting done and suggest he could be hiding something.
Remember that he thought his client owed $400,000 to the IRS for 2024 estate income taxes. The estate owed 0.
