The AICPA town hall yesterday featured a presentation from Lisa Bodelli.  She had information and suggestions about work and productivity.  I think it will help my practice:

85% of work time is for meetings, emails and busy work per Mckinsey research. 
What are my numbers?     
Meetings -5Busy Work = 30Emails= 20Work = 45  
Changes:Stop organizing and start simplifying.
