Yes, but the previous agent did not know that the auto renewal will retain the discount with a deferred payment plan.  Hoping the 2nd agent, Maria informs the individual that  anyone on auto renewal requesting a deferred payment will not lose the discount.  Considering the loss of business during the pandemic, that discount helps out tremendously.
