I have a client who got a 1095A with $$ in A & B column and nothing in Column C but the 3895A from California does show an amount in Column C. My client paid approximately 430 per month to the health insurance. When I enter 1095A the way it is it show the total amount from Column B in the Health Insurance Deduction and there is no where to show the $$ in Column C from the state.
What do I do? I know they did no pay 13,K for health insurance.

If there is nothing in column C, then no advance premium credit was paid on their behalf.
There is a separate section to input the CA 3895 below the input section for 1095-A on screen 39.4.
The CA credit uses 600% of the federal poverty level vs the federal 400% so the results can be surprising.
But remember this return may need to wait for form 8962 to be revised for the American Rescue Plan.
