I have some clients with accounts at WF which is no longer accepting PPP applications. Any suggestions?

If they can't get the PPP loan, should they go with the payroll credit? Right now one is trying to keep the employees working in the radio industry, but advertising is going way down. The other has had to stop work entirely.
