Every year, Intuit takes down QEF in preparation for the upcoming tax year.  This happens in early November.  During this transition, prior year forms are removed and current year forms are moved to the prior year section. 

QEF is designed to create/view/edit/print/efile current year forms and view/print the previous year's forms.
