I posted this in the other spot you mentioned it, but here it is again:

 

Why do you keep using it?  If Intuit isn't allowing you to use it when you want, it seems like you need to use some other company.

With that being said, in my opinion you should be keeping a copy of previously filed things for yourself (downloaded to your computer), not relying on anybody to be storing your items for you.

That won't solve the issue of not being able to file new returns, but I suspect most preparers don't have a lot of those to file this time of year anyway (I'm not sure how not being able to access it is preventing you from solving IRS or State issues, or why you cannot do any business to make a profit, unless your sold source of income is filing 1099s, etc.).
