Correct me if I'm wrong, but currently IRS Direct Pay cannot be used by a first-time filer.   

Wonder if they'll change that or make it one of the exceptions for accepting a check.

Bob K....what % of first-time filers have a balance due vs a refund ?   I feel you will know this.
