Why is this appearing as an error this year that needs to be fixed?    

It says "RMD amount should have an amount since recipient is over age 73. If there was no RMD for this account enter 0 for the amount".

This makes no sense.  He received the same pension amount from his union for years.  And this error never happened in prior years.  He is 76 years old!
