It is unbelievable with the amount of money that we spend on this program that there Error 41 - printer error under Investigation number 118762 that won't be resolved - according to customer service until 02/26.  It's an error with their new driver.  

I am also waiting on a phone call with a DMS issue that was escalated 4 days ago - no emails, no call backs - except for the guy who want me to buy the hosting service.  

Tried to call customer service on a Saturday 2/16 and they were closed.
