Error reads

Income Tax Return for S Corp:  Total Net Income should equal the ordinary income amount on Schedule K Worksheet Line 1, Arkansas Amount column.  Enter adjustments as necessary on Form AR 1120S, Total Column, Lines 7 Through 26, or the Schedule K Worksheet, line 1, Arkansas Adjustments column so the Arkansas ordinary income amounts Agree.

I have called proseries and went through all the steps and they recommended sending it in ignoing errors.  I don't feel this is a good response.  Help any ideas to fix this correctly?
