I have a client who is filing married filing separately for WV and has a disability pension from her husband who died and remarried. When I go to file it comes up with an error saying it needs spouse's date of birth. It must be overidden to put in but do I put the spouse's date of birth even though he's not the one who had the disability pension or do I put her former spouse's date of birth?
