NYC-resident employee of a NYC-based nonprofit has this new acronym in box 14 which I can't find explained online.  It's worth 1.3% of taxable wage, about 3x NY PFL (which also is in box 14).

*IF* it's "[NY] Qualified Sick Leave" does this have any effect for a non-self-employed person?
