Update
We process no in house accounting for our clients so no AR etc. We have never utilized the sales module and have no current multi companies. This week we installed the newest version to a lone computer that isn't linked to our network. We moved a large Florida company and a small GA company to play with. Pulling reports only this is what we found.
Basically no lag time between activities
I can pull reports between years....payroll and GL
I paid myself $1 from AP and deleted it from the system easily
I wrote a pay check and used manual checks to delete
I pulled a Trial Balance while in 2026 files for 2025 and it's accurate
I checked the GL accounts and everything is accurate with the account type
FL and GA SUTA reports are good
NO PAYROLL FIGURES on the 941. All that populates is the tax liability.
We were so hoping to update........I guess not.
