Easy Acct still hasn't fixed any of the Accounts Receivable issues!  I was told last Tuesday, by a supervisor, that Update #12 was coming out on Wednesday, Feb. 4th.  It's Monday, Feb. 9th and still no UPDATE!!!  It's becoming clearer that they don't know what they are doing and cannot fix any remaining problems that exist!!  FRUSTRATING!!
