I don't do live payroll for clients because I travel too much. This should work for after the fact payroll - and I'll just change the date on everything to 2026. W2s go straight to SS Admin now on their website which is great because I could not get the 2025 program to print out W2s this year. I was doing that for clients with fewer than 10 employees. Someone mentioned pasting the 2026 payroll tables into 2025. Idk if that would work. So far I've set up 3 new accounts in Easy Acct for existing clients and it looks fine. They won't care or notice that I've changed the year on their financial statements. This is a fiasco none of us need going into a tax season that's going to be a trainwreck.
