Please call support techs again and again! Ask to speak with a supervisor. I feel like they are sweeping this issue under the rug and no one is even looking into it. There is certainly a glitch in their system regarding A/R! I have other weird issues that are going on in A/R too, but the "NO RECORDS EXIST" is a major issue and needs to be addressed! I only have one computer that has this software on it and everything in my other companies seem to be working properly for the most part. I made another attempt to speak with the supervisor, Angela, that I have spoken to 3 other times. Supposedly, she will call me back!đ¤âšī¸
