I have been using EasyAcct to prepare payroll. AND been using this program for longer than I want to admit.  The total page of the payroll check register has up to now not been showing any totals.  Today, I am trying to prepare payroll & the check register total page just shows today's payroll---its February!.    So where is my January totals?  I tried running a payroll earning report---its is not showing payroll for January either.  WHAT IS GOING ON?  HOW DO I FIX THIS.  I am so angry with this company---you pay $ 3500. for software & spend most of your time redoing what you already did.  I am seriously considering contacting an attorney.    What is the fix for this?  I am tired of wasting time on hold for support.
