Are YOU, EasyAcct going to reach out to all of my clients to take responsibility for this fiasco? The loss after tomorrow of client revenue, the integrity of our firm, and the trust that we have built for years and years has been decimated by more than 2 months of this by the program.
You had an entire year to make sure that this transition was ready and was without any bugs. You have given your clients (us) NO time to react with other means. I feel very betrayed by the software and the IT Support that I have entrusted for all of these years.
I do expect my costs refunded for a product that does not work and has cost me so much more than the fees that I've paid all of these years.
