After the 3rd update, my payroll reports began to  show zero on the Earnings/taxes page after I posted the checks.  The report was printing properly until I did the post.  One of the other computers in the office hadn't been updated and it was fine.  I went back to the original easy act download and reloaded the whole program.  That solved the problem.  There were a couple of things that weren't working right, but I wasn't completely shut down.  I don;t know if that can help larger companies, but small ones that have stand alone programs should be able to function.  I will not do any updates until I feel EA has gotten their act together.
