I'm having the same issue, employee names are incomplete, when entering new employee when you hit "save" it doesn't do anything you have to cancel and go back to employee listing to make sure it really did save the new employee. When trying to run individual payroll journal by employee it doesn't always run the employee information. Random. Also, the view screen is a pain in the butt, it hasn't worked properly for a hot minute now and was never addressed. It makes running any report an issue. You have to change the view to much smaller screen to be able to select the proper dates and you can't run a report from a specific pay date to another specific pay date, making workers comp audits super fun. This program is a complete disaster and still having issues printing checks from write up and in A/R you can't read the line you're entering on, you have to look at the line below to see what you are doing.
