I spent almost 4 hours on this Monday. I spent 3 1/2 hours today on the phone with EasyAcct support and no, they could not figure it out.  Another 45 minutes on the phone with my IT guy and now I have to get another IT person out here tomorrow to try again.  This program cost way too much to have to deal with this. It's now 2 weeks til W-2's and 1099's and I'm no further then I was two weeks ago. Totally unacceptable.
