Hi @joabrown1 This does not sound familiar. We just downloaded the new release, ran it and do not get this message. We would try:

  1. Reboot the Computer try again.
  2. Right-click on the installer and run as admin to see if that works. 
  3. If you have another computer you could try it there to see if that works. 
  4. If you have an IT person we would reach out to them as this does not sound like an issue with the installer.
