Ran an update this morning and the 12/25 earning report is still missing one employee. However, the YTD tax earnings and tax calculations on the last page seem to match the final check register for 2025. It's just the total employee earnings are off by the one missing employee. EEEEE!

Yeah, so not sure what is going on with them. You will need to test all totals and amounts, employee names, etc. The SUTA report appears to be correct, at least it was for the one client we printed it for.

Fix to this I found was to run the Earnings Report by Employee ID and just pick the first one and the last one on the list. If those are input areas are left blank then the software coding is not recognizing the entire alphabet.

That worked to capture all employees in the earnings report. Anyone have suggestions on why a prior year payroll appears in 2026?

Victor,
Can you tell me what the #5 update is suppose to fix? I hadn't seen a new update this morning until just now, but I had to go out of Easy Acct and then log back in before it showed up. Just curious if it's suppose to fix anything with the A/R GL distribution.
