Is anyone able to create a W-3 since the latest update?

I get a Run time error. It says Index was out of range. This happened on two different companies.

The electronic files I send to SSA are still wrong too. SSA receipt says they received 85 W-2s when it should have been 17. Yikes. What kind of electronic files is EasyAcct creating for us?

Intuit: We have deadlines. Please help.
