I'm having the same issues with my A/R.  I contacted them last Friday, Jan. 2nd and was given a case# only to find out today that my case # has never been investigated.!!!  I am also showing odd closing dates in my A/R company.  I'm completely frustrated with Intuit and I believe they don't care about their customers or these problems would have been fixed by now!
