Does any have EasyACCT crashed when search for check in Manual Processing module? Whenever I try to search a check, EasyACCT just carshs on newest version. I have to use the previous and next button, but it the check does not even appear in order. The number just jump randomly.
Also, I cannot reprint the old check under Write Checks. I search for a check but nothing appear. It is blank

I am having the same problem. I have tried to call but it has told me 3 times today to call back when they are open. This is a bad time for stuff like this. Mine throws me out of the program when I try to use the manual checks processing module. When will they get this fixed.

We recommend making sure you are on the latest release of EasyACCT and then checking to see if the behavior is still occurring. If it is, EasyACCT Support is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific Time. If you have not been able to get through yet, please try again during those hours so they can review what is happening with the manual checks processing module.
