Yes, it's working now and I didn't have to do anything. They corrected the issue. Make sure to select the documents to download, click on download, and then go to Notifications on the dashboard. It takes a few minutes to get the downloadable file. Hope that helps. The horrible thing about this whole process is they won't save the recipients year to year, so you end up entering all that information every year. I won't be using their portal again as they're just begging for errors and it's totally inefficient.
