It says the return was saved at5:03 pm, but unable to print. I printed it yesterday, no problem.

When your return cannot be saved, most often, that's because there is or has been an interruption in your connection to the Intuit server over the internet. This could be due to a period of inactivity or problem with your internet connection.
Other than that, most of the problems can be resolved by the following:
- Use only ProConnect Tax-supported browsers;
- Open ProConnect Tax only in incognito mode;
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser;
- Restart browser;
- Restart machine/device; and
- Use another ProConnect Tax-supported browser if you continue to have problems.
