If your staff is leaving your firm, you can remove him/her by clicking on Settings in the very bottom of on the left panel, then Preparer Information under Your Firm in the popup.

If you are a "Non-Paid Preparer" or the return is "Self-Prepared", you can select these options under General > Client Information, on the line Prepared by under the Miscellaneous Info section.
