She is not required to file otherwise. SS income $32,538., pensions $2,179. No other income. The settlement was not personal injury. It was citicorp re a 401 K. She did not have a 1099-misc although I think they sent one to her.
Not personal injury, and you think a 1099 was probably issued, sounds like a filing requirement may exist.
