The list is sorted by name, but I'm not sure what name it might be under. The AZDOR had this blurb on their QCO list for 2018 "NOTE: For contributions made to an Umbrella Charitable Organization, the Qualifying Charitable Organization Code and name of the qualifying charity are reported on Form 321. If a fund is designated, the Umbrella Charitable Organization Fund Code of 20726 and the name of the specific fund are reported on Form 321." Specifically, I am trying to enter a credit for a donation to Valley of the Sun United Way Helping the Working Poor Fund.

You need to find out from your client what the name of the fund is and type that into the field "Name of school, organization, or charity".

You do need to choose the code 20726, which should correspond with Umbrella Charitable Organization Fund, but it is simply not coded into AZ 321 right now.  Let's see if the moderators could help.

This was an interesting and frustrating exercise. I found two lists https://azdor.gov/sites/default/files/CREDITS_2019_qco.pdf and https://azdor.gov/sites/default/files/CREDITS_2019_qfco.pdf that make looking up a bit easier. I do not see the one you want on either.

I did find this by googling the fund number you gave, so I believe you are correct. https://www.mesaunitedway.org/arizona-tax-credits/

Now I get to go read the Sunday Funnies.
