How can I get rid off the ERO's signature to be automatically prefilled in PTO? Under miscellaneous information, Preparer name on 1120-S , I select 1=no, and this only works for page 1 of Form 1120-S. However, Form 8879-S and GA-8453S still contain my pre-printed name. I want to manually sign. How can I fix this in PTO?

I don't know of a way to remove the prepare's name from the signature line on the e-file authorization forms. One way would be to use a PDF editor to remove your name but that will take a bit of processing time.
