If you have purchased credits for tax year 2018, you could prepare pre-2013 returns on another tax product on a pay-per-return basis and Intuit will accommodate you on the REP subscription fee, as Intuit recently clarified here and on the PTO FB group.  You will need to contact Intuit Support to arrange this with them.
