You need to use the most recently issued one (Jan 2020) no matter which years return youre Efiling...is that what youre using?

There are a number of different reject codes related to IP PIN.  Did you check which one you received and read through what the correction should entail?

Are you sure you have the correct IP PIN for TY2019?  If not, you should probably get a copy of the letter from your client or have your client retrieve it online from the IRS, so that you can verify it.
