I paid for this but I did not received the disc. I want to download the program in this computer, and I don't have the disc.

PTO = ProTax ONLINE.  There's nothing to download/there aren't any disks.

What software are you actually using?

You don't need a disc to download PROSERIES BASIC.  Just log into your Intuit account and download it from there.
