I cannot determine which business code to use from the dropdown list on ProConnect for a freelance photographer. It should be Code # 541921, but I cannot find the dropdown list that would include this.

IRS is not consistent with other industry code setters. Just type 54192 and see what pops up and take what you are give 541920
