Question - do you also use QuickBooks?  There are two separate sign ons for each program, if you accidentally sign into your QB sign on but navigate into your proconnect, you won't have all your data.  Or if you did that a couple of days ago, and now you're back in your proconnect sign on side, what you put into the proconnect under your QB sign on will be missing.  It's a major faux pas in my opinion that this issue can even come up but it does.  That would be my first guess.
